
So I started writing my own list.
They poured out of me. Affirmations like "I love pole dancing. Pole dancing inspires me to become better and better" and "I love my body and its ability to adapt quickly to the stresses I put on it when I pole" and "I pole dance because it is an expression of who I am inside".
They made me feel so much better, writing them and then reading them to myself. So put it into an eBook format and decided it would be one of my gifts to my fellow pole dancers. If I needed something like this, then there are probably others that need it too.
